Religion lies at the center of the Salesians’ life mission and development of the total person. Archbishop Shaw High School offers its students the time, opportunity, and guidance to understand the
ultimate purpose of their existence, to develop their God given talents, and to assume their responsibilities within their families, church, and community. The school community firmly believes that faith in
Jesus Christ and his “Good News” is basic to the understanding of life’s purpose and meaning. Through its curricula, the school gives particular attention to religious education –
encouraging its students to know God better and to love God through its program. |
