Uniform Order Form 2026-2027

We recommend that you complete the uniform order form and submit it at the time of registration. This will ensure that we have the correct inventory in stock and allows us to keep prices as low as possible. We do not stock an excessive inventory and cannot guarantee that we will have all sizes at the beginning of school. The uniform pickup day is scheduled for late July. Payment will be due at pickup.
